Description

I need a site designed with that has the simplicity of the hostaz.com site, but in the 2.0 style of top-10-web-hosting.com. The site must have a admin side that lets me enter in the information on the site including company gifs or site thumbnails, price, email, uptime etc... I also want the use to be able to give reviews. Here is an example

So good design is needed and the site needs to be using backgrounds where you can add a link at will like at top 10.
