Description:	Looking for a clone feel to oppapers.com, very clean sleek design. Must have: *signup/login/profile, only members(free) can upload/browse. *uploading ability of .pdf/.doc/.txt onto server and into database *indexing of these uploaded files and internal search engine with accurate results. *updated newest submits on side, and browse field like oppapers on bottom. Not uploading essays to the site im currently working on, yet uploads will be pdf/doc/txt files, mostly PDF files, so no need for word count/preview essay, just description and download link for each. Logo/Graphics already taken care of personally, expertise unfortunately does not lie in PHP/web design. Have host/domain already purchased, just cash strapped college student looking for layout and scripts for site. I know budget is extremely low, so may take time to find someone to take up the project and complete it to standards of oppapers, but thanks ahead of time for any bids.
