Description

We are looking to get a Clone of Craigslist.org with some modifications. Please read through the entire project before submitting a quote.

Concept: The website concept is that it is for people who cannot make payments on their house, car, electronics due to no money or trouble with money.

So those people (sellers) will go on to our website and post (without logging on like craigslist) the item they want to get rid of like a house or car or what not. They will also post their contact information and pictures and how much it is a month etc..

The seller who might be looking to get a house, car, etc. will go on our site and click on the item that someone posted. They will see the price, photos but they must sign in or log in to view contact information for seller.

When signing up they will be given option for 3 plans (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) that they would need to pay via paypal before getting access to the website. Once they pay, they can log in and browse through all the products and contact information.

Site Navigation: Home, Take Over Payments, Get Out of Payments, Categories, Location, Search

The site will have three categories (property, auto, electronics)

Users trying to sell (get out of their payments)

They will click on Get Out of payments
Post page will have category of item (property, auto, electronics)
Post page will have title of item
Post page will have state
Post page will have Monthly payments to take over
Post page will have Additional Costs Required
Post page will have Description of item
Post page will have pictures (up to 4 pictures)
Post page will have contact information (by email, mail, phone, chat, other)

Once the item is posted, it will be immediately available for other users to search. Each item will be available for 30 days and then the item will expire and removed from the site.

Users trying to buy (take over payments)

They will click on Take over payments
After that they can click on category or state to search
They can also click on Categories, State or Search on the main page
Once they find a vehicle or house they see in the listing, they will click on it
Once they click on it, they will see Item description, state, payments but the pictures and seller contact information will be hidden
They would need to sign up and pay in order to see that information
Once they sign up and pay. They will be able to see all the information

The budget is around $500, if you stay around that and have good experience, you will most likely get the project. You will be provided with the html template that you will be using for site.
