Requirements:

- add & search franchisors by name, investment and category.
- add & edit pages (with WYSIWYG)
- add & edit articles / news (with WYSIWYG)
- featured franchisors advertising (banner management)

It should be fine if you could use and upgrade some existing cms software (to minimize bugs) to meet my requirements.
