Description

I had a site that we had someone redo. Its now complicated to edit in Dreamweaver I am constantly getting called because side menus and top menus are disappearing. I would like this site redone in a way were the customer can edit the middle and not affect the CSS or the includes on the page. If you go to http://www.trcri.org/staff.php you can see the types of issues I am running into. They don't know how to edit the code so somehow this is happening when they are using the design view in Dreamweaver.
