We are planning to relaunch our classifieds sites www. sinoclassifieds . com as we are not satisfied with the current design. We need something that is more "current", web 2.0-like design.

The classifieds ads is for multiple cities in China, with the same categories appearing for each city. Please check sinoclassifieds dot com now for a better understanding.

I will need a logo for the site and a nice looking top banner.

I need some ad spaces on each page that can be easily managed from the back end admin section.

Users can post without signing up or can sign up if they want to manage their ads later. Ads can be live directly after posting, however as admin I will need to have the option to edit or delete ads from the admin section. Also a featured ads option for paying clients.

The selected designer will need to provide the complete project, including installing his script on our server and adding the categories as they appear now on the current site.

Other features required are:
-Possibility to post photos with the ad
-Search function for the site
-Viewers can reply to ad directly, with the email sent to the poster
-SEO-friendly pages (such as /city/category-name/sub-category/ad-title )
-Captcha when posting ads for non-users
