1 Website for car importer will highlight used imported cars.
2 Admin section to upload used cars with spec & photo of car.
3 System must shrink photo uploaed from digital camera
3 Ability to change text from admin for other pages.
4 Must be custom designed ( No Web Templates )
5 I will provide images to be used in design.

When admin adds used car they will have the ability to choose what
country the listing goes into , cars in the UK or cars in Japan.
When visitor enters website they should be able to view what cars
are in the UK & What cars are in Japan.

This can be best done using joomla CMS and a design made from scratch. If we use joomla as the CMS, our doors for future upgrade becomes wide open.
