Description: Must know PHP SMARTY TEMPLATES!!!!

PROJECT must be completed in 48 hours or less so do not bid if you dont have the time to do it in that time frame.

I need a new design intergrated into smarty TPL files and CSS. I have all the images but need them worked into template.

I recently had script upgrade and a few of the templates have changed so I need old templates merged with new ones.

Here is current active site www.zerodollardeal.com and need this site to be changed to look like it (except header) www.dollardealtvs.com

Besides the obious outside pages inside will need to be fixed.

In total is about 15 smarty template pages need to be fixed to change look of site.

Must work with all browsers!
