Description: To Whom it May Concern,

I have a single Adobe PSD website template designed and ready from Template Monster that needs to be turned into a full website by including all content etc. For someone who knows what they are doing this should take about a day.

We are seeking a CSS web programmer to:
----------------------------------------

1. Change Template Colour Scheme.

2. Redesign Banner with provided stock images.

3. Change header / navigation links

4. Slice/Layout a website template into HTML/CSS Pages (No Tables, 'ONLY' DIV Tags please).

5. W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup. Compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari with W3C Valid Shorthand & Optimized CSS.

6. Create a Dreamweaver template file (template.dwt.php).

7. Create approx. 10 website pages from Dreamweaver Template (see links below).

8. Create website button links (CSS buttons - text - drop downs).
