I am not familiar enough with the HTML, PHP, etc. to specify what kind of “coding type” I prefer. The site will be hosted with liquidweb.com – please see their site for any database/OS specifications, etc.

I would like the site to be coded as to be easier updated in the future by any other competent designer/programmer, etc. Must have good documentation.
