We want someone ...
1. Make sure the installation we have will do what we want it to do.
2. To suggest what other Article Manager II features, if any, can be used to enhance our newswire, then
3. Install the features we agree to, which may include redesigning web pages.

our website is www.blacknewsagency.com.
- on the frontpage we want the category topics to have 3 headlines each with no summary.
- latest headlines will have headlines plus summaries and carryover into a page 2.
- on the category pages, category topics will have headlines plus summaries.
- subcategories will have 5 headlines with no summary.
- on subcategory pages, subcategory topics will have headlines plus summaries.
- 98.8% of our headlines will come from other news sources so the headlines will be linked to external web sites.
- we've noticed our search function in the header and the footer no longer works and needs to be repaired. the one in the footer is also no longer in the footer.
- if a feature, we'd like to send a daily news email of group headlines to requesting readers

so basically we want an amazing newswire.
we're told article manager ii is an amazing software, but since it doesn't have an instruction manual, we don't have the time to read through the forums to learn it all.
