Description

I currently developing a site that relies upon
php / mysql. Will need coding + design. Database
has been developed, and can be changed or kept. We
will simply reupload the information.

Would like to have an integrated message board, possibly
phorum.org, coding changes will need to be made to better
support our users.

Site is based upon a database of zip codes (we have the
dbase, and it is on our server). User conducts a search
for a zip code ( 90021 ) for example, and results are
returned from that state. Need photo upload capability
for listings, done by admin.

Some listings will be set to nationwide, and others
to statewide (to be listed only within certain states).
On those listings the dbase will provide the city based
upon the corresponding zip code (these values are in the
database). Would like the ability to change the order
of listings if possible. Php session id's to track site
usage (which listings send people to the join form). Site
will have two areas, the members area and the free area.
Free area should have ability to have certain listings
set to show members only info.
