Hi,

Graphics are not needed as I will be doing them myself.

Payment will be escrowed after you are 1/2 complete. You may host project on your server.

I need a website template. I don't like the word template, what I want is a "ready made website" style product which I will be selling.
I need a website integrated with Google AdSense, Clickbank, eBay and Amazon ads. This will be a money making website. I want the website to be split into five sections.

Computers, Cars, Finance, Travel and Shopping.
The content should automatically update regularly. Like auto updating articles or something.

You do NOT need to write the articles yourself, you can use feeds from articles directories or something, maybe RSS feeds.
As I will be selling this website I need this website to be very easy to setup by my customers. They should be able to easily add their own AdSense/Clickbank/eBay/Amazin IDs by a search and replace program (Which I can provide) or by simply changing a single
config file of some sort OR maybe even an admin section would be good where the customers can add/delete/edit content.

Again, graphics are not needed as I will be doing them myself.
I need someone who knows they can do this and not figure it out as they go along. This isn't a big task for someone who knows what they're doing. I need good clean work, without errors in the design and coding as I will be selling this product and building a brand.

As you can see on the emusketeer.com site, it has a homepage, with links to 5 sections within the site.

These are computer, finance, travel, cars and shopping. If you go to any of these sections, you will see AdSense ads near the top and on the left hand side. This is the best place to put the AdSense ads.

You will also see content on the page which is made of free articles from article directories. This content is static. This can be a problem because I sell the site and my customers would all have the exact content.

Google doesn't like duplicate content. What would be great here is auto updating content which is pulled off other sites like article directories or something. The content would be related to the particular section like "Cars" and it would be great if the content is random and changes regularly. Maybe every time the page is refreshed?
The Clickbank ads can go near the top of the page, Amazon can go on the right or middle, eBay ads can in the middle or the right. These would obviously be affiliate ads which would make money for my
customers.
