Description:	We have an Adult Personals site. The join/profile form needs additional fields. We want 9 topics added with about 10 questions/fields in each topic. They will be a mix of Fields: Radio, Text, Checkboxes, etc. We have attached 4 screen shots to give you a better idea.... ----------------------------- profile_personal.gif - shows when a member edits their profile and shows the 9 NEW Topics/Fields we want to add and how the layout will look. ----------------------------- ----------------------------- sample_sexual_interests.gif - shows when a member clicks on "update" beside the topic (as seen in profile_personal.gif), it takes them to a page like this where they can update their information. Then at the bottom click on UPDATE that will take them back to the (profile_personal) page. ----------------------------- ----------------------------- profile_BEFORE.gif - shows the FRONT END. (what the viewer sees). This is a screen shot of what it looks like before the changes. ----------------------------- ----------------------------- profile_AFTER.gif - shows the FRONT END. (what the viewer sees). This is a screen shot of what it looks like AFTER the changes. This also shows where the NEW fields will go. They will go under "Other Information". When the member fills this information/fields in, BOTH the Question AND the Answer will appear on the front end (as shown in screen shot). However, if the member does NOT fill in this information, the Title "Other Information", the Question and the Answer will NOT APPEAR on the front end. And, therefore the spacing will be smaller. Also, we need to SEPARATE the fields slightly. And add a "HIS" and "HER" sections using text. Also, we want to swap "Introduction Text" and "Other Information". ----------------------------- Of Course, these new fields will need to be added in the ADMIN area so that the ADMIN can edit them at any time.
