Description

We have a blog site that needs a bit SEO works

1) Configure/debug the ALL-IN-ONE-SEO plugin to allow
the post meta "description" be override by the
description we manually entered on each post.

We suspect some php debug is needed as we have turned
default "first sentence" description option off in AIO plugin but
our post are still indexed with "author name+ date+ first sentence
of blog" as meta descrition of content.

2) Need to configure site and AIO&Sitemap plugin so only home page and the single post
are indexed (not archive links, etc.. to avoid duplicated content)

3) Make "WP super cache" plugin works. (it is installed but
not configured as we do not know how-to).

You need to show past experience with similar task, preferably show
us some WP blog site you manage
