I am willing to hire for those who can make a plugin or a special code which functions for all kinds of blogs.
Which means it can automatically syndicates 3-way-quality links among bloggers in my network, (not two-way link exchange) every time they post an article. Maybe 5 - 10 of links for every article posted.
& that means only members in my network can activate this plugin / the special code. & if they unsubscribed from my network/membership, the plugin automatically unactivated.
I am also wish to activate n unactivate them manually.
& only one people from one IP address can use it.
All paid members can use this plugin if they are only in my paid membership site.
The links gained from random links inside the network members.
That means, if they post 100 articles, they got 500 - 1,000 of 3-way quality links randomly from the network.

I also want you to make for me 5 wordpress themes with various design. Each design has at least 3-5 strategic places to put Adsense code and 4 of '125 x 125 px' banners.

You may know that the strategic places are at the upper, between every posts,& at the right hand-side. Also the 5 wordpress themes are original, can not be found at any place, give me the full rights upon them and easy to edit (such as header is rectangular without any complex slice so that anyone can replace the header with their own header easily). Please provide header with .psd files too.

All the themes has 2 or 3 columns, and sidebar/s are at the right hand-site, SEO friendly and every theme has 5 theme colours like black, blue, green, red and purple.

So, 5 designed themes x 5 colours per each = 25 wordpress themes.

You also provide 25 headers with various niches such as dating, music, health, and so on.

Design of wordpress theme must in high quality, fonts of posts can be determined by the visitors by simply click on the button provided on the blog, changable fonts just by simply click on button and so on. & please make sure all the themes not so heavy to loading because of images overload.
