Description: This bid is for a small sample script We need

Bid includes:
a - a php with no design page with user password that allows a user or a script to upload a file to the web server (http upload)

b - a Visual basic (not .net) code that automaticly takes a file from the harddisk, opens the web page with user password and uploads the file.
the vb can be an application with a place to enter the file name.
