Description: What I need done:
A web application that takes data entered from a large number of users and provides training and custom formatted reports based on that data for online viewing and printout.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:
Have a single user VBA version in Excel PowerPoint.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
Site will have strong security due to personal nature of data entered. There will be hundreds of paying users with thousands of their clients accessing the site. I estimate the site will have 10 marketing pages, 50 educational pages, and 30 data-driven reporting pages. This app is for c-level executives and exceptional site design and ease of use is a must.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have experience designing unique database driven web applications. Must demonstrate strong design skill and experience. Must be established with strong revenue history. Bidder must host, maintain, and do level 1 tech support. Site must work with EI, Firefox, and Safari.

Timeframe for delivery:
Expect to let order at the end of May. Expect 30 to 600 days to go live.
