Description

I want to monitor one airline site (http://www.allegiantair.com) and basically one flight route both ways:

Phoenix, AZ to Bellingham, WA
and/or
Bellingham, WA and Phoenix, AZ

On Sun, Wed, Thur and Sat, they have one flight a day going each way.

Based on my own experiences, I have seen prices one way as low as $19. This is very rare but it does happen ever now and again. In talking to one of their customer service reps, if they are below a certain number of passengers, they will lower the price until that number is met. She says the price point changes every 45 minutes.

Here's what I would like.

A program (windows service maybe?) that will run in the background at all times and every 5 minutes or so, hit the web site, do the search for flights that I have specified and alert me via email or some other way if the flight prices for any leg are below $99.

The site is a php site if that matters.

I'm a developer myself and have done a similar project in the past but I'm busy working on another project and just don't have the time.

This project will be for my personal use only.
