Description

Hi,

I would like someone to make my header tabs and nav bar to look like the ones below, they must work and look the same, and if possible make a footer nav bar with the newsletter like they have as well, the footer is not the most important part but the header is.

You must know how to remove the nav bar i already have and replace it with the new one.

I have and oscommerce store so you would need to know about osc and css and the others bits.

I would like the header tabs done asap and im will to pay more if need be.

No time wasters please, last person said they would do it be have not responded to my emails since last night.

Again the header tabs need to look and work the same as the site below.
