Description:	BUDGET: My budget for this job is really about $100-$300. I could pay more for quality work done in a timely manner but will be looking for the best priced bid. Just take a look at the other bids I’m leaving open to be seen. If you can beat it, lets see what you can offer. If you can’t beat it, tell me what you would do different. I’ll take consideration into all bids. JOB: DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE GAME As you will see below, this is a distributable program. Not a online game. What type of programming is needed for this I don’t know so anyone is welcome to use what ever they are good at in the way of program script writing. Never the less, this is just a clone of the following program with some modifications. SOFTWARE CLONE: Clone a very simple game which is similar to the American Game Show called “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” . I purchased this game by the maker of a take off from this game used for “Bible Trivia Pro”. Here is the link http://www.crossdaily.com/bibletriviapro/ . It’s a very simple non-coded script (to my knowledge) and the installation process doesn’t even lodge into the registry or anything. I copied it over to my flash drive and it works great even that way from a flash drive from any computer without reinstalling. SOFTWARE MODIFICATION: What I want is the same program but made for the Tropical Fish and Reef Aquarium Hobby so change the GUI, Sounds, and setup some sort of admin so I can from one of my websites or my remote computer keep updating the questions so that when this “distributable program” is used, it checks the internet first for updates and uploads both 1. New Questions I may add (updates), 2. Any Sponsor Ads or Banners, 3. New Software Rebuilds (upgrades), 4. Top 100 High Scores which will list the gamers Score, name or company name, website link, City, State, and Country. This information would be temporary and only hold it’s position for no more than 30 days allowing basically, FREE ADVERTISING to anyone who can make the top 100 list! This should attract in many players! IMAGE BOX: One additional field should be added for photos or video clips where a image of for instance a coral comes up, and the gamer will have multiple choice to guess the common name of this coral if that is the question. SECURITY: Built with some coding that would keep anyone from hacking the system to learn the answers or to keep anyone from recreating this software. ADMINISTRATION: A full admin should be made to allow myself control of adding, deleting or editing any questions and answers, the ability to ban any users from future upload/download use, From the front end a section which allows users to submit new questions and answers to me to add to the program where from the admin side I could receive them and either approve or deny them into our database. A nice feature would be a little stat box on the front end which indicates different bits of info like the highest score for the day, how many times the software was used globally today /monthly / or for the year or over all, etc. BANNER UTILITY AND ADMIN: I already own a good one but would need your help working it into the system so the distributable software changes it’s banners, etc when the software is loaded. If you have a better idea to do this, no problem! I do want this to be all automated so a decent admin where someone could apply, make a secure PayPal payment to sponsor us to post a banner, and some diagnostic reports like views vs. click through reports accessible or automatically emailed to the sponsor weekly showing how his money is working by sponsoring us. What ever plan is purchased, it should automatically shut the banner down after a specified time frame, after so many views or click throughs all controlled within the admin along with a rebilling request. NOTES: Any ideas or suggestions to make this software a better idea should be addressed in a PM here on GAF. I do own the registered software I can forward to the winning bidder to work from. Download the trial version and you’ll see what an easy software this is to work with. I would love to hear about a potential future palm, pocket PC, or other handheld PDA/phone. Please quote this separately in PM if you know how to do this and can offer this in the future as well. BONUS: As the owner of over 500 websites, a project manager who hires freelancers for programming, I list about 7 new jobs weekly.
