Description

I need a coder who can create a FFMPEG script that can convert any video file to .flv and have the same quality and the size be changed to 468 x 60 pixels. If the video is not proportional to that size, then do not have it distorted, just shrink it to fit the screen size. Also sound quality must be the same thing. All quality must be the same, if quality is lost, then I will not be pleased! I can not afford much, so please do not post a comment if you expect to be paid a lot of money.
