Description

I have a need to create a large website CMS and think that Joomla would fit with what I want to do ( this is a 3 stage project ).
I need someone who is a Joomla expert to design me a new template and give me some training on the admin/backend initially, but also to help me in the 2nd and 3rd stage of the project ( over the next 6 months ).

Initially I need a price of the template and training, but am looking to a Joomla expert who can help me longer term for the whole project.

You're spoken English must be excellent. ( If I can't understand you on Skype then you're no use to me!! )

Preference will be given to someone who can show me examples of Joomla sites they've done.

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT SPOKEN ENGLISH. I WILL ACCEPT AN OFFER ONLY ONCE I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU ON SKYPE. YOU MUST ALSO BE PREPARED TO FIT IN WITH UK HOURS FOR TRAINING ( BETWEEN 10.00AM AND 10.00PM GMT ).

I have already loaded up Joomla on my web server and have the basic site to start work on.
