Description

Hello, I need some help editing my php.ini file on a Godaddy dedicated server. I need to increase my file size upload limits (memory, file size and time)
I also need help setting up a paypal ipn file for my pay pal account. Please have experience in doing both of these things. I would like to do these ASAP via IM.
