Description

We are managing a website that gets pinged around 200 000 times per day. Our site then ranks users based on the number of pings they recieve.

This is causing our server to be very slow. We need to have someone go over what we can do to reduce the server load.

The software is based on php and db mysql.

We are having competitors that have more pings than us that are having a much smaller server load.
