My website needs are:

HOME PAGE:
The logo needs to be clear and I need three sets. Same logo just three different text under: I tell you once the project will be selected
Add drop down in order to select land or property
Enter the news feed from thailand -property-guide.com
Enter a currency script (Make sure that Thai Baht TBH is available)
Fix the map and make in so I can zoom in
Make the featured property look good.
Change the picture in the DHTML banner allready resized photo that I will provide.

LAND Page:
Add Featured Land for the default page.
Have the page organized as the attached document shows it. Header, banner, Property search tool and then the map on the right, the fast fact on the left and short decription with one picture in the middle. See attached document to visualize.
Have 5 result possible per page

PROPERTY Page:
Same as land land but replace by "Featured property" and "Property Search Tool" and "Property Fast fact"
CONTACT Page:
Fix the map
BACK-END:

I need to be able to control: Logo, Featured property on the home page (Just by adding ref number), Featured Land (Just by adding ref number), Featured Property (Just by adding ref number), Contact Page, Edit/Modify/Delete listings.

DATABASE: Same as what is on the current website.

RESULT Page: Picture (only 1), Short Description (At the end "More Details..."), Fast Fact

DETAIL RESULT Page: 5 pictures, Full description, Fast Facts

FAST FACT ARE:
For land: Ref, Location, Size Thai, Size Sqm, Type, Tittle, Price per Rai, Price Total, Access, Water, Electric
For Property: Ref, Location, Size Thai, Size Sqm, Type, Tittle, Price Total, Access, Water, Electric, Internet, Bedrooms


Delivery day is key. I would apreciate a delivery date garranty with penalties if not the date is not met.
