Description
This should be simple. I need a project management system. to help give you an idea of what im looking for Ill explain what it will be used for.I will offer webdesign, webapplications. this will be done by freelancers like yourself. I need a system that will alow the admin to post the project. a free lancer to view the project and make a quote. admin will then pass qoute along to customer via a customer account. if customer approves quote then freelancer can start. also needs each project to be locked (out of view from other freelancers) once a freelancer opens the project description. This is to avoid muliple quotes being submitted for each project. when the freelancer submits the quote it needs to be approved by the admin prior to going to the customer. admin needs to be able to adjust quote as nessicary.
so for each type of log in i need a few specific things.
admin:
view/post projects
view progress of projects
send recieve communications to freelancer,customer
upload files
freelancer:
view project
submit quote
update progess of project
send/recieve comunications to customer and admin
upload files
customer:
view status of project
view quote (with abbility to accept or deny or suggest other quote)
comunications with admin and freelancer
upload files
