Description

Hello, Need help with migrating a LAMP application to Amazon Web Services:

- Setup the DB from a mysql dump on a EBS volume of AWS (3 gigs, a dozen tables);
- Add a master/slave replication to a different EBS instance with snapshots to S3;
- Write a PHP script to automatically provision an AWS instance, attach the DB and restore the app tree and settings (php.ini, users, ftpd etc…)
- Document and explain your scripts with our developers

There will be additional work going forward if things turn out OK. We are a funded startup, and none of us here have much system knowledge, so we’d love to rely on somebody on a regular basis after the initial setup. Please indicate what would be your hourly rate post project completion.
