Description

Objective
Gloomshade is a company that opens up a network of highly skilled digital artists for companies and clients. Our digital
artists unite traditional Company Intranet features with Gloomshade’s online functionality to create content sharing and
collaboration. Gloomshade introduces new ways of communication with freelancers both as individuals and groups. We
will create digital art on-demand with our flexible online tool designed to harness and leverage your entire workforces
creativity, intellect and resources via consistent interaction.

Goals
The first goal to emphasize on the User database, Apply feature (quality assure) and the Directory (address book) which
stores member’s contact details primarily.

Solution
The current system support a Member (freelance artist) and Admin log in. In addition to a Member and Admin we would
like to support a three folded membership for the members; Gold, Silver and Bronze. Furthermore, we would also like to
support an external Freelancer, Client, Affiliate, Agent and Advertiser. In short we need 9 different users. The Admin will
be able to select for each user what features they have available. By default all 9 users will have access to all tool sets.

Details and Keywords
Will be provided after Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed.

Tasks to focus on.
• Apply feature (Validate the current scripts and database, and, for so update accordingly)
• Ensure the new list of users (as above) are added to the database and is re-directed to a Profile (for sign in or home
page) tool that is working correctly
• Update the sign in page with some new text fields and categories (uploaded file)
• Re-design the profile page for each user (uploaded file)
• Edit page of each user to work correctly (save to database)
• Quality assurance of the main Directory page
• Import and Export address list(s) (based on category selection(s) or individual)
