Description

I need someone to tell me how to fix this error that I get when I try to upload images to the site. I tried setting the permissions to 777 through ftp and through ssh with chmod 777. I got this error after I moved my website to a new server.

Warning: chmod() [function.chmod]: Operation not permitted in /home/admin/domains/anime6.org/public_html/m6/pages/myProfile.page.php on line 131

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/admin/domains/anime6.org/public_html/m6/pages/myProfile.page.php:131) in /home/admin/domains/anime6.org/public_html/m6/index.php on line 223

I will not be giving out the server details instead I will have you instruct me what to do over msn.

Hello, The first issue lies with your hosting provider. I can solve the first problem right now. Basically chmod command is being applied to the uploaded file, but through PHP. It seems your hosting provider has deactivated the command of chmod through PHP. If you have dedicated server, ask him to make those changes. This seems to be more likely reason rather than anything else right now. Although a closer look may reveal something else. I can work over MSN with you, you will just need to send me those files, so that I can see what are the issues.
