Description

This project requires an expert with email servers. We are required to setup a domain to send email from it's dedicated IP address. Currently the emails are being delivered from the nameserver IP and not the dedicated IP. Our client is applying for Sender Score Certification and is required to send newsletter emails from a dedicated IP. The newsletter is sent out via PHPList. We had made changes to the PHPList config file to send via SMTP server in an effort to accomplish this but have changed the setting back because it then resulted in email servers refecting the emails. Sender Score is waiting on us to show that we are sending from the dedicated IP that we need to. It is possible that we have incorect cPanel settings for the DNS but we are not sure.

Please, we are not interested in New Hosting Plans. We are resellers ourselves and sell hosting. This particular project's domain is currently hosted on a VPS and the domain has it's own dedicated IP address. Thank you,
