Description

Simple & Fast

I need a Reservation Form which acts like a mini Online Order form for teh tourist industry

A. collect info from customer (not including Credit card - that will do the third party Gateway Authorise.net)
B. Calculate how much the service will cost
C. Send that final total price to A payment Gateway (Authorize.net)
D. Redirect the customer to the payment page on Authorize.net
E. Once the customer Payment is an confirmed - it sends the order form information to two e-mails of my choice in A NICE HTML FORMAT DESIGN
and sends the client a paid conformation e-mail.

At this stage i do not want to store any credit card information on my site but i do want the info of the customer in a SQL data base
