Description

I am looking to create something identical to what alertx.com does. The program must be web based and have a administrator side where I can add users to access to program online. In other words, must be a membership design.

I also would like to offer a few different types of plans, if it is possible to have it where I can add multiple plans and set the settings for each plan, such as the amount of time it will check each site. (see alertx.com buy now page for more details on that. )

Features it needs to have.

- Ability to check website to make sure it is live, down, gives error, etc. 24/7
- Email website reports to user given email if a site is down.
- Ability for users to add new sites, delete site, edit site, and change their information such as email and name on the account where notifications go out to.

That is basically it. Pretty simple web based program I am needing. If you can do the job, please let me know.
