Description

I have a CRE loaded website that is integrated with 2checkout.com. Transactions are working fine, except for one issue which i have tried to have resolved and is now causing problems with customers. At Checkout customer are led to the 2Checkout website and complete their details. Now the problem is that if they do not click on return to 'my website' whilst in the e 2checkout website, I do not receive the order. The client gets billed, but i do not have an order number and do NOT know what the customer bought and this is the problem as i cant process the order.
I need 2 things
a) resolve the above problem permanently
b) retrieve one order that a cuustomer paid for yesterday and find out the contents of the order for processing.

Please be an expect with dealing with 2Checkout.com as i have had two programmers look at this issue previously. is there some direct return feature that completes the order process? Is it a session issue??
