Description

. I am using asterisk 1.6 and wrote my own dial plans for routing and billing wholesale calls. I often get 10 calls or more per second, sometimes even high as 70 calls in a single second.
I end up opening and closing a mysql connection about 5 times for each call. I need a way to use one connection for all my dialplans. I think Asterisk real time is the way to go. My asterisk is fully installed with freepbx. I need a simple method to use only one connection or 2 connections should I using 2 databases for each time I need to read or write data to a database from my diaplan or dialplans.
I write my own dialplans and pretty good at it and did a little google search and see this Job a small and simple job. I just don’t have the time to try to figure it out. I am willing to pay $30 for this job. I think enabling real time is the best way to go but I don’t need my setup completely switched to real time however willing to pay more if the bidder on this project is really good and can do it. Keep in mind for now I only need only a method to access the database multiple times at the same time using Dialplan by using only one shared connection. I posted my dialplan or context below which you will also need to modify to make work with the new connection method you set up for me to use to access my data tables.
