Description: I have phplist.com's script installed but configuring and making a custom/field lead/form capture page is not quite as smooth a process as I had hoped.

Basically looking for about 30-60minutes of someone's time to help me navigate how to config & setup custom lead/capture forms. I've been around for a while and am not a complete newb so this should not be that painful of a training process. ;)

PS: This is something I'm trying to integrate into the sidebar or sticky post on a Wordpress blog (custom lead capture form)...I'm not married to either phplist.com or the infinite responder script sets...I just know they're both fairly robust and open source.
