The provider did the job very well at the time, but 2 days later the ebay module stopped working, and the provider stopped responding to emails.

Also (I don't know if it's related), yesterday the site started loading only partially and then hanging for 20-60 seconds before loading fully or just hanging. My webhost (hostgator) insists that it's a problem with the site, although the last changes were made by said provider over a week ago.

The NEW provider should troubleshoot and fix (if necessary) these issues, and also make the following modification:

On the front page, I had the "New Products" display area replaced with the "Specials" area. The prices under the item's pictures only show the Special price in black, but I would like them to show the Regular Price in red with a bar through it, and the Special price in black (like it does elsewhere on the site).

The provider will ALSO agree that I will pay them through GAF Escrow, but that I will hold off one week before releasing payment, to make sure that everything doesn't break after 2 days.
