i have an html/psd webpage template that i need to incorporate into an osCommerce site. a screenshot of the template is attached, but will provide the work files to the winning bidder. an easy way to accomplish this would likely be to modify the images and layout of an existing template. i have a premium template that can be modified if necessary.

the winning bidder will need to provide url(s) to their portfolio containing completed osc template projects.

this site will include:
- multiple blocks on the home page (see template)
- dhtml & js horizontal menu which i will provide. you should just be able to allow space for the menu, which i'll provide to the winning bidder.

budget is in the 100-300 category, but i hope it can be done on the lower side of that category :) thanks for bidding!
