Description

I need 3 simple web forms with about 4-5 text fields. I already have the sendmail.php script and the javascript for validation of the fields. Just need someone to quickly use the existing site template and add 3 pages. Each page would only contain a submitable (via email) form. For an experience developer it should not take more than 2 hours including the discussion period. Unfortunately I need this fairly fast (within next 24 hours). I prefer individual providers rather than companies.

If you are selected, I will give you all the scripts (form validation and sendmail script).
