I've got a php program that isn't working correctly. I'm looking for someone that is really good at php and can figure out why the program isn't working correctly and what is required to make it work correctly. I think it is a reasonably easy fix but I cannot figure it out. It works 90% and need to figure out what is hanging it.
Let me know how qualified you are for this job with regard to PHP. If you are selected for the bid here are the terms you must agree too. I will give you access to the installed version of the program along with the source code. You will sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement).
Payment will be either by escrow or paypal your choice.
Payment will be upon a satisfactorily completed project only. Be certain you understand what this means. Once your bid is accepted I will explain the project to you in detail and what is missing and what is needed to be completed. If you accept beyond that point then a completed project will be one in which the software performs for me as it is supposed to. To be certain you are reading completely and understanding this proposal in your bid tell me that you "Understand and agree to the terms". Use those specific words or your bid will be ignored.
Once you understand what the software is supposed to do you will see that is a specific operation to be considered fully functional. It is that full functionality I am expecting and nothing less otherwise the software remains virtually worthless to me. If you are able to provide me with the fix that causes the software to function as it is supposed to then we have a completed project and I will release the funds. If you do not provide me with the fix that causes the software to function as it is supposed to then we do not have a completed project and I will not release any funds. That is your risk and you must be wiling to accept the risk once the project detail is fully disclosed to you, or withdraw your bid then accordingly. The software of itself you will find that its full functionality is a clearly defined status which will be obvious once it is shown to you. I know some php and believe that this is a simply project for someone that is well versed in PHP as the software is at least virtually complete and I believe it is a small technical matter I have not discovered that is causing it to not work properly. The software currently is virtually complete but something is prohibiting it from completing an action it acts as if it is completing but does not and it is that action which is critical to the full functionality, perhaps it is even 100% and simply related to something that must be enacted on the server, this remains to be seen. However I believe a top php programmer will able to figure it out pretty quickly. If this is you and you can agree to the terms then please bid.
