Description: Our content management part of our site which is phpnuke 8 needs to be modified below are the changes.

The project is only the main site of www.mdofpc.com not the onlinestore or directory

* add thumbnails to all sections like categories, reviews, downloads etc...
* ability for guests to submit articles, reviews, stories, downloads, encyclopedia, faq, weblinks, reviews and other areas of content with html editor with options for pictures and uploads then admin can approve, disapprove or edit
* enable forum but all comments have to be reviewed by admin
change download module so download can easily be added via admin and edited, right now you need to know the download id and its a messy process
* email notifications when new content has been submited
* nice semi translucent menu that can be dynamicly controlled via admin
* a new center block to show sections and add view all buttons where existing content is posted (easier navigation)
* add site map
* add rss feeds of our content and a page to display them
