Description

I need someone to help my write a php program with a simple gui to calculate credit card interest and output certain results. This will take a basic understanding of math. I will include formulas for MOST of the calculations but whoever bids should understand the basic process.

The form should have a selection for how many credit cards (up to 8 or something). It will then have an input for Balance, Monthly Payment, and APR.

When the user enters everything and presses OK, it will then calculate results for each card. It will then also show a text box with an output that can be copy/pasted into html. You can see the instructions and examples here:

I have most of the formulas figured out in the pages above to make it easier on you. The others are basic. I just don't know the programming for it.
