Description:	o.k. so I had hired an individual to help me develop a shopping cart. I was very clear that I needed the whole thing developed from beginning to end, secure, admin panel, help set up the ssl & merchant account etc. Everything has been done and done very well, except for one thing... when you go to checkout from a purchase and you get to the very end, we're not getting a confirmation page. No error messages, browser just keeps thinking. The order IS going through to the user email, & to the shop email but the transaction is not processing through the merchant account. My previous developer has not been able to solve the problem. I've tried getting on the phone with the merchant account provider to resolve this issue, but I'm just a simple html designer and I DO NOT get any of this stuff. That's why I hired someone to do it. Because of this I'm a couple of weeks past deadline & I have a rather pist-off client. If I don't get this resolved by the end of Tuesday (California USA), I'm probably going to be fired. I need someone to check it all out, call who ever the heck you need to call, and just get it working... period. I don't know anything about mysql databases or anything, so don't rely on me for anything. I CAN give you all the user names and passwords you'll need to access everything but that's about it. I can give you whatever background info you'll need but I can't guarantee I'll know anything technical etc. That's why I need you! Just need someone to sort this out, trouble shoot it & FIX IT... Please :)! the shop is at the following url. check it out, it's not active yet so go ahead & register & try to make a purchase so you can see what's going on. (I'll void any transaction if they actually go through... but they won't so don't worry) http://www.shopmadisononline.com/shop then once it's fixed I'll need you to make this shop the home page of the site. ie. www.shopmadisononline.com goes to the shop & not the splash page. Basically when it's fixed, we need to go live & I'll need you to help me do that. Here's what I do know: • the cart is a VirtueMart shopping cart script. • the site appears to be set up on a CMS called Joomla! • the site is hosted at godaddy.com • merchant account through innovative merchant solutions (also godaddy) • SSL also through godaddy.com that's about it. Please only reply if you KNOW for a FACT you can fix this. Preferably someone with experience on godaddy accounts and the other above mentioned scripts etc. & PLEASE only someone who is willing to make USA phone calls to USA based companies that I'm using to host my merchant account and website. thanks so much. I promise I'm easy to work with, I'm just freaking out & stressed out as I need to go-live with this site yesterday. Literally! Sorry in advance about the budget, as our budget for this project has already been exhausted on the other developer. This will be coming out of my pocket. Good english please. thanks.
