Description

we have a fully licensed and branded free version of vbulletin 3.6.9 which includes the new blogs feature. we would like a custom skin developed for this version of vbulletin which should include skins for the blogs section as well. the custom skin should also include custom icons for forum and blog categories.

this template should include code for displaying all of the rotating banners and text ad spots which can be found at www.talkgold.com/forum on the top, bottom and right hand side. these rotating banners and text ads should be editable from the admin area of vbulletin.

***please note, all of the banners and text ads need to display throughout every page of the forum, not just the homepage.

although we would like the banners and text ads to display just as they do at www.talkgold.com/forum the template itself should be more aesthetically pleasing such as the www.workforgold.com website. the color scheme for this site should implement gold, green and white as the primary colors.
