Description:	I started this project on July 12th, 2005 and the site still doesn't work! This Job needs to be done now! If you can't do it please just simply don't bid! FULL PAYMENT THROUGH E-GOLD AND HELD IN ESCROW UNTIL COMPLETION!E-gold is as good as cash! Freelanders.com holds funds in escrow! One programmer went out of business after 2 yrs (Took $320.00)(abchyip.com)ran with the money, the second one did half the job right and half the job wrong and ran with the money (Paid $680.00) and the 3rd programmer who I found on this site last week took a $75.00 deposit and then raised his rates from $15.00 an hr to $20.00 an hr and then cancelled his bid with Freelancers.com and kept the $75.00 after the deal was agreed upon. Are there ANY HONEST competent programmers out there that can communicate with a client? The Programmer for this job must speak and understand English very well. They also need to be able to talk over the phone. Programmer needs extensive knowledge in php, mysql, and the E currencies used. Description of job: The website is mostly up and running, we just need a few modifications made programming wise. The programmer MUST be familiar with E-gold and INTGold.
