Need an affiliate tracking system installed and shopping cart for water works 4 u (dot) com php only please

affiliate tracking like when you add a link to another person site that will give them a percentage of what the referal that goes through their site to your site and buys a product

I want shopping cart system also to be added to the site in php to be like the one that is there now. I want the shopping cart system converted into php so i can move this site to my linux server

we need to replace the cart that is there now the cfm cart
and we need to add affiliate tracking, this is the goal
I want to move his site to my linux server
and add the affiliate tracking also this is the gaol so we have to convert coldfusion cart or just write new one and add affiliate tracking system with banner code in the code that is added to the refering site that will allow them to track the sales they refer to water works 4u(dot)com
