Would like this template converted to xoops 2.0.13.2

It would need to be tested before delivery and the addition of one or two graphic replacements to reflect the theme of the site (engineering).

Can provide as PSD, FLASH or HTML format and the site should have front side and then a second template for the pages behind it.

Time frame would be 8 days from delivery of the tempatemonster bits.
