Description

I need a simple PHP script to be developed.

Not willing to pay more than $30

Two types of people:

Users & Admin

Front end: User section

there should be a log in form and a link to sign up

sign up with:
Name
Username
password
confirm pass
email
captcha
accept terms check box

Then email verification

Admin Panel:

Should have a list of users in the admin panel
can see profile and add virtual $$ to them,

users will receive an email when a virtual money is added to their account
and they can see their balance. there should be a redeem money button, with minimum balance $25 and when they click on redeem, the amount they requested to redeem will get deducted from their balance and admin will receive an email with the amount requested to redeem with their username.
user should not be able to withdraw money more than what he has.

Admin can see the balance of the user with options deduct amount, add amount and history of payments sent to him.

There should also be a full history of payments sent to all.

Admin should also have the access to delete a user and add a user.

At last, add my logo to it. That's it!
