Description: We need someone to install and configure a Vicidial predictive dialer, with all the features. Consultant must configure SIP so that Vicidial is working properly.

We will be using the dialer primarily for outbound calls with test agents. We need a German dialplan

We need the install to be done remotely. For the test dialer we plan on purchasing an Intel based machine core Duo with 2GB SDRAM.

We plan on using the same consultant for maintenance and other project installs if the test goes well.

75% of the payment will be given once the job is completed and working. The remaining 25% will be given to you after the 14 days of testing. You will have to give 14 days free support for testing and removing any bugs.

Winning consultant must be able to start the project seventy-two (72) hours after winning bid.

If you do not agree on the terms mentioned above, please DON'T waste your time and DON'T bid. If you succeed completing this project, we hope to eventually use the same consultant when we expand and for ongoing maintenance and support. Eventually we hope to have seven to eight Vicidial dialers up and running if testing goes well.

Only consultants with previous experience on Vicidial are accepted. Please include the number of remote install of Vicidial you completed successfully.

Also we will take any suggestions on how best to proceed with the project from experienced consultants biding on the project.

can do it. have done 3 vici installs(see feedback). also i am expert in asterisk and linux with more then 5 year expertise.i usual include 10 day free support. can be 14 too. will work only after full project cost escrowed(posible in parts,i.e. escrow for 75%+ escrow 25%)

We are a german company and have done several vicidial installations in Germany. We also have installed vicidial as a vserver virtualized now running stable for 6 months. 4 small callcenters with vicidial share the same server as a host, our clients can rent a sip based callcenter ready to go.

We are the creators of Vicidial. This is a bid for a small setup only, cost on larger setups will be more. This is because we will use VicidialNow for this price which is not recommended for systems with more than 5 user. For the quoted amount we will - Fix VicidialNow so it is mostly working (as good as anyone can fix it) - install the new German language pack - configure Dialplan, 1 Campaign and up to five users. For a proper Vicidial install our prices start at $2500, which includes the official manuals. We are happy to fix any broken installs on a hourly basis.
