Hello
please see the attached form, we want this form to be done in php and to be connected with mysql database and connected with our bank gateway for online payments, all fields should be connected together too, and we want a simple control panel so we can see new orders and deal with them, it doesnt matter if you will use a ready script or build it from zero point, but time is so critical we need this project to be done at 3 days Max.
priority for those who speak Arabic language. please dont bid if you will outsource this project we want to deal directly with the programmer, ongoing business will be assigned to the winner so please make sure you deliver your best.
